Eligibility

1. This promo is available to all pre-qualified payroll customers of Robinsons Bank Payroll Corporate Clients (JG affiliates, partners, agencies with payroll accounts in RBank) who will avail the InstaBale within the promo period.

Criteria for Pre-Qualification:

• Payroll Customer must have continuous payroll credits per payroll cut-off for the past three (3) months.
• Payroll Customer must have at least Php 1,500 payroll credit per payroll cut-off for the past one (1) month.

2. Employees of Robinsons Bank Corporation and their relatives up to the 2^nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not eligible to join the raffle.

How to join

1. No registration is required to participate in the raffle.
2. For every Instabale availment (regardless of amount) in RDX Digital App, the payroll customer shall earn one (1) eRaffle Ticket.
3. All Instabale availments during the covered month shall be accumulated to determine the total number of eRaffle Tickets earned for the specified month.

Raffle Draws and Prizes

1. Raffle draws shall be conducted in the Robinsons Bank Head Office via an electronic raffle, following the schedule below which shall be supervised by authorize RBank representative/s and DTI official/s:

2. A participant can only win once per monthly draw but is still qualified to win in the succeeding monthly raffle draws during the promo duration.
3. Non-winning eRaflle Tickets shall not be accumulated for the next month’s raffle draw. Only the eRaffle Tickets for the covered availment period shall be qualified in the draw.
4. Robinsons Bank’s decision to award the prizes to the selected winners with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB is final.
5. Raffle winners will be announced after each monthly draw.
6. Crediting of cash prize to payroll account of winning customers shall be made within seven (7) banking days following the raffle draw.
7. As cash prize is only Php10,000 per winner, no 20% withholding tax for prizes shall be applied.

Notification and Announcement of Winners:

1. The winner will be notified by email and phone call through their Robinsons Bank-registered contact information. An RBank representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
2. Robinsons Bank will reach out to the promo winners within seven (7) business days after the raffle draw has been completed.
3. Client will be asked to sign a document detailing the following:
   • Confirmation of receipt of the prize of Php 10,000.00
   • Granting permission for RBank to announce their name as a winner of the InstaSAYA sa InstaBale promo.
   • Give permission to RBank to take photos.
   • Allow RBank to use the photos for their announcements related to the InstaSAYA sa InstaBale promo.
4. If consent will be given by client, Robinsons Bank may use videos and/or photos of winners on the official Robinsons marketing media (such as Facebook page) and for various features or promotional materials related to the promo.

Redemption/Crediting of Prizes

1. The Bank shall credit the cash prize to the winning customer's payroll account within seven (7) banking days after the draw date with the confirmation of DTI and RBank representatives.

Control Measures

1. Any client who terminates his/her InstaBale account by choice is disqualified from participating in the raffle.
2. Robinsons Bank reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
3. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, RBank’s decision, in concurrence with the DTI, shall prevail.
4. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
