This is to inform you that the Robinsons Bank Trust and Investments Group and Board of Directors in its July 2023 regular meeting, has approved the following amendments to the Plan Rules and Declaration of Trust (DOT) of the following Robinsons Bank UITFs.  Said amendments were made to comply with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) Memorandum CN-No. 2023-0031 dated June 23, 2023.

Please find below the summary of revisions that will take effect on August 24, 2023.

Likewise, this will be published in the succeeding editions of the Funds’ Key Information and Investment Disclosure Statement (KIIDS). Notwithstanding, we are submitting to you this Notice of Amendment in accordance with Article IX of the DOT which requires the Trustee to notify the participants in the Fund of any amendments made to the Fund.
