Potato Corner Franchise Loan is a credit facility offered by Robinsons Bank to new and existing franchisees of Potato Corner. Robinsons Bank will help in partially financing the chosen total investment package of Potato Corner.

• You are qualified if:
  • You are a Filipino Citizen
  • Not more than 65 years old at loan maturity
  • Employed Individual
    • Permanent / Regular employee for at least (1) with current employer and continuity of employment is at least 3 years
    • Minimum net income monthly required Php 20,000 (based on School cart- Payable in 3 years)
  • Self-Employed
    • With existing business operating profitably for at least 3 years
    • Minimum gross sales of at least Php 100,000 / per month

Robinsons Bank does not require any collateral for Potato Corner Franchise Loan.

Up to 60% of the Franchise Package.

Add on rate of 1.20% per month.

Loan applications will be processed 7 to 10 banking days upon submission of complete documentary requirements for approval.

1 to 3 years / 12 to 36 months.

• Processing Fee – Php 3,000
• Notarial Fee – Php 250 / Document
• Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) – one peso and fifty centavos (Php 1.50) for every two hundred pesos (Php 200) or fractional thereof

(Computation: Approved loan amount / Php 200*1.50)

• Pre-termination Fee – 3% of the outstanding principal balance at the time of pretermination

Payment may be via issuance of post-dated checks or auto debit arrangement from their Robinsons Bank Current / Savings Account.

• Loan proceeds (60% of the franchise package) will be directly paid to Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI)’s RBC Account.
• Any excess is to be credited to the borrower’s RBC Account

Employed Individual

• Duly filled up and signed Loan Application Form
• Certificate of Employment (COE) (indicating income details, tenure and employment status)
• Latest one (1) year ITR with stamped received
• Latest one (1) month payslip
• Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs with specimen signature
• Last six (6) months bank statement or copy of passbook
• Latest proof of billing (utility bill, credit card bill, etc.)
• Potato Corner Franchise Contract or Franchise Endorsement

For self- employed

• Duly filled up and signed Loan Application Form
• Business Papers (DTI/SEC Registration, Mayor’s Permit, Articles of Partnership/Incorporation, By-Laws, General Information Sheet)
• Last two (2) years of Income Tax Return (ITR) and Audited Financial Statement (AFS)
• Last six (6) months bank statement or copy of passbook
• Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs with specimen signature
• Latest proof of billing (utility bill, credit card bill, etc.)
• List of at least three (3) major supplier and customer
• Potato corner Franchise Contract or Franchise Endorsement
