Facilitate server administration.  Thus, responsible for server infrastructure outage management, migration and implementation, infrastructure maintenance, incident and problem management.

• Ensure availability of the UNIX and Window Systems and its applications
• Manage Rbank’s Active Directory and Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM)
• Ensure regular OS patches are updated and monitored
• Assist in management of partition utilization of disk and file system
• Monitor server performance and behavior
• Perform regular maintenance of servers like disk clean up and server reboot
• Administer server operating system setup
• Monitor critical services related to operating system
• Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution of server relate issues
• Support Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Administration
• Support remote sites servers
• Administer backup files and other applications
• Create documentation, build knowledge base for known issue.
• Provide planning and implementation of server upgrade
• Assist in anti-virus troubleshooting
• Provide security implementation and investigation
• Provide capacity planning and server configuration
• Assist in application and/or service reset
• Provide regular status report server and inventory
• Provide audit remediation plan and completion on a timely manner
• Identify proactively potential system issues before it becomes a problem and recommend and implement possible solutions
• Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities efficiently, technically correct and follows Bank’s policies, rules and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCY)

• Preferably BS computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering, or any related courses
• At least five (5) years working experience in IT /Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent, IT Security Administration or equivalent. Virtualization,  Cloud Technology and Security Hardening
• Microsoft or Unix certification is a plus
