The Operational Risk Management (ORM) Analyst is responsible in assisting the Operational Risk Management Department Head in managing risks arising from the inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems or from external events through the use and monitoring of operational risk management tools, methodology and policies.

QUALIFICATION (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCY)

Must be a graduate of Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or business-related courses

Must have at least 2 years work experience in a financial or banking institution. Preferably a risk management/control related functions/operations related functions or any analytical or research related function. Preferably with advanced knowledge in Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc.)

Strong analytical, resourceful, detail-oriented, with good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
