Requirements
Micro-merchants:
- There are no documents required but if you decide to expand and accept card payments through Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal in the future, you will need to submit the required documents mentioned above.
For Sole-Proprietorship:
- Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Business Registration
- Original or Renewal Application for Trade Name or any valid identification document (existing account opening requirements and guidelines shall apply)
- Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)
- Special Power of Attorney, if signed by a person other than the registered owner
- Duly- accomplished Merchant Information Sheet
- Notarized Robinsons Bank Merchant Agreement
Partnership
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate of Registration
- Articles of Partnership
- Notarized Partnership Resolution authorizing the partnership to enter into a Merchant Agreement with Robinsons Bank and appointing all authorized signatories
