Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How will I know if I’m eligible for the 60-day grace period?
You are eligible if your credit card due date falls on September 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020 and is on CURRENT (not past due) status.
Only purchases made prior to September 15, 2020 shall be qualified for the one-time grace period.
Newly approved cardholders from September 15, 2020 onwards are not qualified.
2. My Credit Card is currently enrolled under ADA (Auto-Debit Arrangement), will the deduction still continue based on the original due date?
Yes, your credit card balance will still be continuously paid through your Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA).
If you wish to avail of the one-time 60-day grace period of the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act, kindly contact us at (02) 8637-CARE (2273) or through email: C3@robinsonsbank.com.ph.
3. What types of fees and interest charges will be charged/waived?
Cardholders who paid their full statement balance one month prior the Bayanihan period will not incur any finance charges.
However, if payment made one month prior the Bayanihan period is only the minimum or less than the full statement balance, accounts will continuously incur finance charges.
No interest on interest or late payment charges will be imposed during the 60-day grace period while all other fees such as card replacement fee, overlimit fee, returned check fee, etc. will still be charged, if applicable.
Please note that payment of the amount due will resume after the 60 days grace period.
