This is to inform you that the Robinsons Bank Trust and Investments Group and Board of Directors dated January 25, 2023, has approved the following amendments to the Plan rules & Declaration of Trust (DOT) of the  Robinsons Bank Balanced Fund and Robinsons Bank Tax-exempt Retirement Fund (A Balanced UITF) effectively making the Funds aligned to best practices in terms of settlement. Said Amendments shall take effect starting February 25, 2023.

Below is the summary of the changes for your reference:

Likewise, this will be published in the succeeding editions of the Funds’ Key Information and Investment Disclosure Statement (KIIDS). Notwithstanding, we are submitting to you this Notice of Amendment in accordance with Article IX of the DOT which requires the Trustee to notify the participants in the Fund of any amendments made to the Fund.
