The Relationship Manager is a sales position assigned in a large sized branch who will help with account deepening and account expansion opportunities to improve customer retention and draw in new clients thru account referrals and new account acquisitions.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCY)
Graduate of any business course
At least 5 years banking experience preferably in branch marketing and operations
With good sales aptitude and negotiating skills
Above average communication skills
